Originally trained as a chiropractor, Tracy has been practicing the Network Spinal Analysis approach over 16 years, a clinical technology for optimizing human potential developed by Dr. Donald Epstein.

He was exposed to Network Care during his graduate work and was impressed by the transformation it facilitated in his own life and others. Dr. Bloom has been training with Dr. Epstein, the developer of this technique since 1991.

Tracy is the founder of the Family Wellness Center in Albany, NY.
